EARTHQUAKE DAMAGE ASSESSMENT HOTLINE

The City of Eureka is collecting information about earthquake damaged property. If your property has been damaged by the January 9, 2010, earthquake please call 441-4164 or email planning@ci.eureka.ca.gov

Please provide the following information:

~ Your name
~ The address of the properly damaged
~ Your phone number
~ The type of property (e.g., residence, commercial, etc)
~ The type of damage
~ The estimated cost of the damage
~ Whether you have Earthquake insurance, and
~ Whether you are the owner or a tenant of the property.
