The Humboldt Association of Realtors has offered scholarships since 2000 to students going on to obtain higher education. The Scholarship Fund is funded from proceeds from our annual golf tournament. In the past ten years, the Association has given out over $24,500 and helped over 16 students.
The Mark Nicholson Scholarship Fund was established in 2005 by Four Star Realty in honor of Mark Nicholson, a local Realtor who passed away but contributed much to the Association and the community. Since its' inception, this scholarship fund has given out over $33,760 to local students. 2010 was the last year the Mark Nicholson Scholarship Fund was available.
